1. Why preorder EchoVision glasses?

EchoVision glasses have been meticulously designed with valuable input from the blind and low vision community from the very beginning. As we continue to advance in the development of our product, we are eager to involve more individuals, especially those who will ultimately be using the glasses. By preordering, you not only gain early access to the product, but also the opportunity to shape its future through your feedback.

To show our appreciation for our earliest supporters, we are offering a $150 discount for preorders. Additionally, we will feature the names of our preordering supporters on our website as a token of our gratitude. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us.

2. How does the Pre-Order work?

By preordering EchoVision glasses, you secure a discounted price as an early supporter before the official product launch. You will be among the first to receive the glasses when we start shipping in 2025. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback, be part of the design process, and receive regular updates on the product development over the next 6-12 months.

3. When can I begin preordering?

The preorder will open on October 11, 2024.

4. How do I place the order?

5. When will the glasses be shipped once ordered?

The glasses will be shipped in Q2 2025, and we may provide test devices to customers before that.

6. Is there a trial period?

Yes, there is a 30-day trial period after receiving the device. If you are not satisfied, you can return the device for a full refund within this period, unless it’s a special order (e.g. with prescription lens).

7. Is there a warranty?

The glasses come with a 12-month warranty.

8. Will the glasses continue to be updated? Do I have to pay for updates?

We will continue to update the software of the glasses to enhance the user experience and add features. There is no charge for these updates.

9. Can I get prescription lenses for the glasses?

Yes, you can. Simply provide us with your prescription at contact@agiga.ai, and we will ship the EchoVision glasses to you with prescription lenses that match your requirements.

10. Am I able to choose the color of the lens?

Absolutely! You have the option to choose from clear and tinted colors. Additionally, we offer sunglass clip-ons as an alternative option.

11. Shipping

Shipping is currently available only within the USA.

12. What are the languages supported by EchoVision?

Our initial release is in English, but we are keeping track of localization requests for future updates.

13. Is EchoVision compatible with hearing aids?

We have had some success with hearing aid compatibility with our glasses. However, since hearing aids vary widely in models and brands, further testing may be needed to ensure broad compatibility. If you could kindly share your hearing aid’s brand and model with us at contact@agiga.ai, we’ll prioritize including it in our future evaluations

14. Is a phone needed to use EchoVision?

Yes. You will need a phone to set up the glasses. Sometimes you will rely on the phone’s cellular data to connect to the internet.

15. Does EchoVision need a data plan to work?

No. It uses Wi-Fi or the cellular data of your phone.  

16. Are both iOS and Android supported by EchoVision?

Yes. We have a companion app that will be available on both iOS and Android, allowing you to use the glasses seamlessly with either platform.
